This site describes what our company does and lets you get in touch. It is general information, not an offer to buy or sell a property, and not legal, tax or investment advice.

Nothing here creates a binding agreement. Any purchase or sale of a property is agreed in a separate written contract signed by both parties and closes through a title company.

Any property described on this site is a property we own. Details such as location, type, scope of work and status are given for general information and may change as the work progresses.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a solicitation or a commitment to buy or sell at any price, and no figures relating to the purchase or sale of a property are published here.

What we do

M&D Buildings LLC is a real estate investment company. We acquire residential property with our own capital, improve it, and return it to the market, acting as principal in our own transactions.

We are not a real estate brokerage and we do not act as a broker or agent for any other party. We do not offer home improvement or construction services to the public. Renovation work on the properties we own is performed by licensed Pennsylvania contractors we retain, working under permit.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for anything unlawful
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its server or its data
  • Interfere with the site, overload it, or scrape it with automated tools
  • Submit false information, spam or malicious content through our forms
  • Copy, reuse or republish our content, photos or branding without written permission

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, layout, graphics, photographs and the M&D Buildings LLC name and logo, belongs to M&D Buildings LLC or is used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use. Any other use requires our written consent.
